Browse Forums Buying Land Re: Altrove Schofields 9Apr 07, 2016 11:08 am BUYERS have snapped up the first land release at the latest housing community at Schofields, with developers Stockland saying they had to nearly double the initial number of blocks for sale. Developers confirmed they will be fast tracking the release of two new land releases to cater to the demand. And houses are expected to start going up on the greenfields site as soon as June. It follows the transformation of nearby Kellyville from sleepy hollow to boomtown in a few short years, with median house prices soaring 55 per cent there since 2010 - while the wider Rouse Hill region cements its reputation as ground zero for land demand in Sydney’s suburbs. The Altrove community is being developed opposite Schofields train station and when completed will feature a wide range of housing including free standing houses, apartments, terrace houses, retirement living and townhouses. Buyers purchased 320 sq m lots (priced from $419,000), 400 sq m lots (from $499,000) and 450 sq m lots (from $525,000) during the official launch recently. The community will eventually include retirement living, retail centre, road upgrades, 1.6 hectare hilltop park, playgrounds, walking trails, fitness stations, dog park, pedestrian and cycle links. A primary school is likely to be built nearby, but not by the developers. Re: Altrove Schofields 10Apr 14, 2016 3:56 pm Does anyone have the release plans for the first release? or pricing? Re: Altrove Schofields 13May 06, 2016 8:43 pm Hey everyone. I've created a new Facebook group for people building in Schofields. There are so many new developments going on, I thought it would be nice to get everyone in one "room" so to speak, to share experiences and ask questions etc. I'll copy and paste this message in to the several Schofields build threads on this forum, to try and get a lot of people involved. Apart from new residents, it is also obviously open to current residents of Schofields. The URL is https://www.facebook.com/groups/1670810913184641/ - The group is called "The Schofields Local". Hope to see you there. Re: Altrove Schofields 16Jun 07, 2016 3:37 pm I would be interested in prices and what is available, or what has been released too. I cannot get any response from my emails and registering, and am not local so can't get into the office Re: Altrove Schofields 18Jun 18, 2016 12:00 pm just bought a land in Altrove It's very promising outlook given the proximity to station(400m) and new Schofield road http://www.domain.com.au/news/within-40 ... 16-gpku8c/ Re: Altrove Schofields 20Jun 18, 2016 11:27 pm Congratulations tsaltrove..
