We are thinking that it may be useful to have it valued before making our offer. CBA has not been forthcoming with any assistance with how we can get this done. Does anyone know of any valuation companies that we can approach to have this done before we make our offer? we are in WA but if you know of any national companies that would help. we were hoping to put in our offer and say subject to bank valuation but the settlement agent doesn't think that the vendor would entertain our offer if we put in this clause.
