I am building in Blue Horizon estate and wondering if anyone's builder has come back with the BAL rating?
We are on Tallaganda Street.

All over the place.. but the highest I've seen is 19.. we are 12.5 and there are a couple of people with Low..
That is the thing...i know some people around us has come with low and we are 12.5 .we are certainly 100 meters away from vegetation .
Best to ask in the Blue Horizon Estate thread itself, as I think a couple of people in that thread had the same issue and they got the BAL rating reassessed independently.
