Browse Forums Buying Land Re: Gregory Hills - Waratah release 51Aug 07, 2015 8:43 am SMK - we have meet a couple of our neighbours due to being out there at the same time and now keep in contact via email. Would be happy to meet at some stage Gregory Hills also have meet your neighbour days - they had one recently but we couldnt make it. Re: Gregory Hills - Waratah release 52Aug 07, 2015 11:48 am I'm with Heidi on the mowing, asking a bit much in my opinion. None of the blocks are overgrown with weeds from what I have seen. Our house will be about 25 squares. Heidi, have you seen the exercise station near the tower (would be to the left of your block). There is a section of the fence missing and you can walk in and take a look at the running track they are building and even walk through to the new lots that I think are about to be registered. We have seen it but we havent yet but we might this weeekend. Do you know if there will be a childrens park in that area as well? I didnt see the running track - is it near the exercise stuff? The new area looks good. We nearly drove through last weekend as the gates were open but we thought we better not. Re: Gregory Hills - Waratah release 54Aug 09, 2015 8:17 am Lot 188 has started. It's been scrapped. The contractors are bit heavy handed though, as the machinery must of hit retaining wall and performed some damage. So it has already got some battle scars. As your land is impacted, as the report shows primary impact to the first row facing the main drive, and next lots behind as secondary impact. Re: Gregory Hills - Waratah release 55Aug 09, 2015 8:23 am Tunstall_fam I can't believe how expensive the blocks are now. Land is insanely expensive. Long gone are the days where you could buy it sight seen. Re: Gregory Hills - Waratah release 56Aug 09, 2015 8:25 am Tunstall_fam We are lot 103. Anyone near us? I believe someone on here is Lot 101, thought it was Jaxology. Re: Gregory Hills - Waratah release 57Aug 09, 2015 8:28 am jaxology I haven't visited the area since June as I live far from Camden. I'm guessing it is full of weeds now. My builder said I will have to mow it myself before they can start! I thought that would be included in the cost of construction. If you ever need something checked on your block, just let me know and I will be sure to swing past and take any photos. Will make a note of your block, which I think is Lot 101, so I will check when I head out again. I might swing past today. Re: Gregory Hills - Waratah release 58Aug 09, 2015 8:23 pm Heidi - We will have to catchup at the next 'meet your neighbours' if we don't run into each other one weekend. I'm not sure on the children's park, but I have a feeling there will be something just inside the new release area, there seems to be some space just up on the hill from the exercise equipment from where we are. The running track I was referring to was the path that leads around the exercise equipment. Purana - We are building a single story 4 bed house, our proposed floor plan is below: Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ You are correct with the acoustic requirements, I think the cost was about $3k. We had more requirements due to a colourbond roof as well When is your estimated completion SMK? Even if it's not being sub-divided and you want to keep it as Torrens title, you will still need to talk to a town planner or Council themselves, to see if they will allow… 1 11035 Thanks again Simeon for being so elaborate. Appreciate it. Its gives us a very idea. Kind Regards 4 3666 |
