It's unfair that developers have this loop in their contract and I have researched a few and all so far do have this clause, the law needs to be changed and I am working on that as we speak. However saying this they must prove that they have had delays which some may have but ours has not he has planned this all along dragging the chain, yeap just greedy. We are about to try and purchase land in the Kellyviille area and I sympathise with you and your fellow purchasers (how many blocks were in the estate?) and good luck with it all... it is a timely warning for everyone. Suggest you contact the local state member Russ Williams to help if you have not already done so and some publicity from someone like Ray Hadley (a local boy) or A Current Affair perhaps might not go astray.. I would assume that all the "decent" land developers ( would like to think that would be most of them) in the area would also want this sort of low life scumbag brought to justice and wiped out from ever being able to do another development again as it casts a shadow, unfairly, on all of them.
