Browse Forums Buying Land 1 Jun 02, 2018 6:04 pm We have an easement on the back of our land for storm water. Has anyone had experience or know what the rules are around raising the land on top of this easement? We have a sloping backyard so wanted to lift it as much as possible to even everything off. There is also a storm water drain that would need raising so just after anyone’s suggestions. We are in the Blacktown council. Thanks! You should be able to encase the sewer but you will need it designed and approved and access to lot 580 to do the work 2 12674 You might be able to apply to divert the sewer at your expense. In NSW you would contact a Water services co-ordinator and they would give you advice as to whether or not… 1 12949 Thanks - yea sounds like I need to submit build over easement application....ugh guess I better start finding someone who can do the engineering drawings 3 1670 |
