The information is in the S88b of your contract and also on the Council website. You need something around 9.268sq m. Takes up the entire front left section of our 450 block. I'd prefer it if they determined the size of the darn thing by taking into consideration the size of the block. There's a storm water line across the front of our block, so all offset rules taken into account we are going to have to push the house back to fit this in. Hate losing back yard… There will be no hanging out on the front lawn for us. You're best calling the council to confirm. Rain gardens are required as per the 88b. Council advised there have been no changes.
