Will this drop once all stages are registered? I am concerned that building in stage 1 will incur a higher BAL that will become redundant once all of Oak Tree is developed but I may be mislead? Appreciate any light you can shed, thanks... Re: Oak Tree Estate, North Kellyville 62Mar 07, 2015 11:13 am Thanks David, Much Appreciated. Lets Hope for the best! Re: Oak Tree Estate, North Kellyville 71Apr 08, 2015 12:34 pm Hi Dan, Your in the community title section right? First I have heard that registration for community title is December. I assume that is in your contract or just informed verbally? Also awaiting news re te DCP issue, based on recent post I assume your in the dark also? Re: Oak Tree Estate, North Kellyville 72Apr 08, 2015 12:37 pm Hi JCM, yeah mate i sure am. It is in my contract as December from memory. I am just waiting to get it back from OSR so i can double check. No further word on the DCP issue just yet. To be honest i would be VERY surprised if it held. Asthetically it would look atupid to have so much open space between dwellings. Re: Oak Tree Estate, North Kellyville 74Apr 08, 2015 1:14 pm Hey All! DAVID, THAT IS FANTASTIC NEWS!!!! I just wouldn't mind some formal clarification on the issue nonetheless. Also on a general note, good to see that the DA has progressed, thanks David for the update. Mandeep does your building contract have a clause where you must commence work by a certain date. If so you may be liable for significant fees if the land doesn't register in time. I would caution anyone signing up at this stage anticipating the August 2015 registration date. Not to be pessimistic (would be great if registers by August), however that is 4 months away and work hasn't commenced yet. A lot can happen between now and registration that will delay works. While I'm sure the developers wish to complete works ASAP, it could be this time next year that the land registers or beyond. Just look at the delays Blue Horizon suffered, which was a prior project of the Oaktree developers...
