Approximately Re: Oak Tree Estate, North Kellyville 79Apr 08, 2015 5:53 pm Dan_ Hi JCM, yeah mate i sure am. It is in my contract as December from memory. I am just waiting to get it back from OSR so i can double check. No further word on the DCP issue just yet. To be honest i would be VERY surprised if it held. Asthetically it would look atupid to have so much open space between dwellings. I completely agree, I'm hopeful common sense will prevail. I just wouldn't mind some formal clarification on the issue nonetheless. Also on a general note, good to see that the DA has progressed, thanks David for the update. Not to be pessimistic (would be great if registers by August), however that is 4 months away and work hasn't commenced yet. A lot can happen between now and registration that will delay works. While I'm sure the developers wish to complete works ASAP, it could be this time next year that the land registers or beyond. Just look at the delays Blue Horizon suffered, which was a prior project of the Oaktree developers...
