I have never bought land before nor has anyone else in my family or friends.I am looking to but in the SE of melbourne. Just wondering if there was a checklist or something similar which will help me in the process. Whats the process in buying land and what is involved in each stage ? What I should be asking ? What should be included in the contract, subject to finance ?, subject to soil test? Anything else. I also check the fall ( Slope ) and I also check to see if the home selected fits the land. Yeah I don't know why I came to a forum.
