How are you all going with your house build?, We have a start date of 28th June, LOT 105, anyone on here lot 104 or 106 ?, i have heard the Bal Rating for some houses nearer the bush are Bal 29!!, we are Bal Low thankfully. Be interested in seeing what people are building and with which builder.
We are building single storey with Eden Brea, 26sq house with a lap pool down the side which will be dug out before the build starts, Good Luck to everyone with your build

We had provided for BAl 12.5 in our contract. I have also just engaged the Bush fire consultant to complete the report as part of council requirements. Is this assessment from Sydney water being done thru your builder or external consultant? They didnt give us an option to source this ourselves like they did with the BAL certificate. Btw i found going through the council for the BAL certificate was the cheapest option. It cost us $215 and it took a week for them to provide the cert.
