Hi Everyone, Checked LPI this morning and plans have been lodged with Land Titles and is showing as " Awaiting Examination", Our Solicitor told us last week it normally takes 2-4 weeks to registration once it goes to Land Titles, Fingers Crossed everyone!!

Hopefully it's very soon. I had driven to the site last weekend and happened to meet Emanuelle there. He too mentioned that it should be ready in 2-4 weeks time. He was there to put a sale sign on lot 113 which is going on sale.

Spoke yo LPI yesterday and they said as long as everything has been lodged properly it should register in 12 working days from lodgement which was 24th April

Thanks for all this info it is very helpful. I will ask my solicitor to request an extension of the sunset date as well. We are on Lot 114. I thought all the lots were sold already but if Emanuele is selling 113 I guess we do not have a neighbour on that side yet.

He is re-selling the lot. Its going for sale between $650-$670k.

The lot first sold 465 K, 670 K sounds too much. Any idea why he is reselling it?

It is quite highly priced but no idea on why its being sold. Possiblly could be an investor making a profit. It is currently advertised on realestate.com.au.
