I just had a look on the council website regarding the status of our Land and theres a new tab there saying "Subdivision Certificate (Linen Release)"
What does it mean and how much closer to registeration doing you think we are?
Thanks in Advance!

When I was a young trainee in the old Days (1970's) the final drawings were done on a linen stabilised drawing material. Prior to that stage draft plans were done on tracing paper which wasn't as stable but which could be easily amended. (I don't think anyone uses linen these days as plastic drawing films are much more stable and if the information is in a drawing package accurate prints can be quickly churned out)
It therefore sounds to me that the project must be at the approved drawings stage
