Just got a land at Camalda Estate, South Morang. Most builders are allowing a Class M slab but i'm assuming it's more likely being a Class-H or maybe P slab. wondering if anyone has build around the area and could share some costing and sizes of foundation that were used for your new home. Would also like to know if anyone has built with a private builder rather than a volume builder here too. would get contacts. thanks

Soon as you go to h or p its going to be depended on the soil report. Depth to acceptable bearing capacity etc. The block could have excessive fill etc so these slab types are really hard to give a figure on because the nature of the soil in each case is different compared to M slabs etc which have less movement.
