I still doubt if they release the land in April. Re: Anyone Building In BlueStone Green, Wyndham Vale? 10Mar 30, 2011 10:19 am Mishell85 hehe same street, I think our soil tests are getting done this week with our builder, Do you know what number you will be? we will start building in July. Cant wait! we havent got road yet wish it would hurry up!!! This is interesting. When I asked from Sharon (Sunland). She told me still it is not possible to do a soil test. According to her they have to do more work on the land like putting top soil. btw: My block is 2121. Re: Anyone Building In BlueStone Green, Wyndham Vale? 11Mar 30, 2011 10:24 am Mishell85 Why will you have to pay that much more money?? I am talking based on Jan-2010 prices . I never thought Sunlanders are bunch of jokers. I remember Thamara (sales lady) was promising customers May-2010 release date. Re: Anyone Building In BlueStone Green, Wyndham Vale? 12Mar 30, 2011 2:31 pm Hi I am not quite sure on the prices id have to ask my boyfriend.... Our builder has told us its okay if the land isnt released they are still able to do soil tests we are building with Porter Davis, i hope this is correct information. (So they can tell what grade slab we need?) Im not sure It better be April or May...!! Its been long enough now.... and do you mean the price of the land is going up? or site costs? Who are you building with? we went down there the other day and the work men did say it should be done late April ????? Problem I am facing is the base price of the house. This is only fixed for six months. If I started may-2010 base price would have been 216,000 now it is 228000. About the release date: I haven't got any progress letter from sunland. So lets hope they will finalise this at least by end of April. I don't trust these people though. Re: Anyone Building In BlueStone Green, Wyndham Vale? 14Mar 30, 2011 11:25 pm Hi mishel! I will be building a Carlisle home in stage 21. Just spoke to Sharon and we've been delayed to mid may! So bummed but she said we can do soil testing by late April. It's been a long wait and 15grand extra. Re: Anyone Building In BlueStone Green, Wyndham Vale? 15Mar 31, 2011 8:10 am Your Jokingggg..... How annoying, as long as it is done in late July for us i guess thats all that matters because we want to build in July... I think our builder will be doing soil tests very soon.... I dont know its so confusing hahaah Where are you in stage 21? will u be building straight away? Mishell Re: Anyone Building In BlueStone Green, Wyndham Vale? 17Apr 01, 2011 1:20 pm I'm in 21c. You can't really trust sunland as I called the other day and Sharon said soil testing late April and it will be ready mid may but I had my fiance call just now and she said soil testing will start next week? Either way I hope it happens asap as its been a long years wait! Re: Anyone Building In BlueStone Green, Wyndham Vale? 18Apr 29, 2011 8:19 am Guys, My soil report returned and according to the report soil works were not complete at the time the soil test happened. Will they ever release this land? Re: Anyone Building In BlueStone Green, Wyndham Vale? 19May 08, 2011 4:50 pm Guys, I am not sure if they are on track even for a May release (stage 21). Still haven't finalise Asphalt works. Not sure what else is left even. Wish you all the best. Once you signed the contract, they will find millions excuses to charge you.
