Browse Forums Buying Land 1 Aug 12, 2014 1:36 pm Hi I am a first time home owner/ builder. I have never bought land before nor has anyone else in my family or friends.I am looking to but in the SE of melbourne. Just wondering if there was a checklist or something similar which will help me in the process. Whats the process in buying land and what is involved in each stage ? What I should be asking ? What should be included in the contract, subject to finance ?, subject to soil test? Anything else.
