Word of mouth is good. Don't necessarily go for the 'well known' brokers. When I was going through the buying and settlement process my conveyancer told me some horror stories of inept brokers. That said, it also is important you find a good conveyancer or solicitor. Again I've heard some horror stories. If you need help with choosing a builder I know our builder has taken over a lot of jobs from Cosmopolitan homes mostly in the new estate areas towards Bella vista and Liverpool.
