Hi Guys, we are building in the Chisolm's Corner R3. Land is now registerered and awaiting planning approvals to start construction. I have a Landscape plan done by the builder and submitted for approval. Hopefully that would suffice and I would not have to engage a Landscape architect.
Can anyone recommend a good landscaper who knows The Hermitage requirements. Approx. cost would also be helpful. My land area is about 420 sqm.

Hi Everyone! Happy New year and hope everything is going well with you and with the building process. Finally we got the developer approval and we are waiting to get the Sydney water papers done in order to be able to send the plan to the private certifier. Previously we thought that the papers has gone to both the developer and private certifier at the same time, then we got really disappointed when we heard from Kurmond that it has the pass the developer before going to the certifier.
The worst thing about Kurmond Homes is that they do not explain the process to you so you feel like you are all over the place and you do not understand what is going on and what is preventing the process from going smooth.
To be honest with you, I'm so frustrated by now especially that everytime I go the see the land I find at least 2 house is already up. This makes me feel like we are a lot behind. If I have the chance to build again I will never go with Kurmond home specially that I really had a nightmare with the sales girl. Their sales team are not aware of what is included and what is not included.
However, I still hope to have a happy smooth building experience once we start building. By the way we are in Amberley Street in the Hermitage, I think we are all neighbours and we will get one day to know each other.

Just got our priority numbers for Gabrielle's run stage 3, once you pay the $500 deposit and the 10% deposit do you not pay anything till the lands registered?

We are in Gabriel's run 2. Sounds like you had a different process to buy the land than us. How did they give out priority numbers. We are set to register in March! Have they said when your land registers?
