Re: Cloverlea Estate - Chirnside Park VIC 90Mar 02, 2014 9:30 pm Were thinking that the blocks are so narrow, single story is more likely, yes we have a manhole , but we're covering it with fake grass next time you go, let us know we will come say hi, did I mention we have 14 kids 12 cats 8 dogs, and a rooster, oh nearly forgot hubby starting up a band in the garage Re: Cloverlea Estate - Chirnside Park VIC 95Mar 03, 2014 6:02 pm Nice :O Did they attempt to clean the streets too? Re: Cloverlea Estate - Chirnside Park VIC 97Mar 03, 2014 6:38 pm Nope! I'm hoping there going to put another layer on the road it seems a little low! and some parts have lifted down Botanica, I would imagine we're going to get a street sweeper, maybe, but then again the builders are going to make another lot of mess! Re: Cloverlea Estate - Chirnside Park VIC 98Mar 03, 2014 6:55 pm they will leave the road low and once the estate is complete they will do one last lay grrr went down yesterday and they need to get a move on if they are going to get stage 2 done by end of they year caus im hoping for a nice cold wet (snow) winter!! missing the SNOW!!!! lol anyway has anyone got any builder suggestions?? we like a design by porter davis but open to any suggestions just need to bee cheep lol Re: Cloverlea Estate - Chirnside Park VIC 100Mar 03, 2014 7:22 pm lot 306 they will leave the road low and once the estate is complete they will do one last lay grrr went down yesterday and they need to get a move on if they are going to get stage 2 done by end of they year caus im hoping for a nice cold wet (snow) winter!! missing the SNOW!!!! lol anyway has anyone got any builder suggestions?? we like a design by porter davis but open to any suggestions just need to bee cheep lol weeeeeelll i imagine you have already brought land, but house and land is generally pretty cheap. As for porter davis, iv had a mixed experience, i think most of the staff has been good, but I had abit of a run around trying to get tiles to the outside of my house. i was told originally by sales i could do it, then by everybody else i cant, so i was going to settle for render and brick then tile over the cheap brick i selected later, then when doing the final tender they're like...we cant do hebel/render and brick...but you can have tiles...*epic facepalm* But yea, when looking at the displays...most stuff is an upgrade and not the standard option, i think the base cost of my house was $220k(this is one of the prestige houses), but its upto $300k now. :/ that is worst case scenario on the slab though, with a 24k allowance for that and like 15k for refrigerator air con. its been mostly a pretty easy process though...but i think the real fun's just about to begin :/ Yeah I don't know why I came to a forum. Place is full of wierdos/pedos thought internet may help but I suppose I'll try my luck with someone in person. Cheers. I tried… 0 6438 I have posted this before: We hired Darbecca to do every stage inspection, and I strongly recommend them to anyone that asks me. They were amazing. Thorough reports… 2 4494 |
