My partner and I recently bought a block in stage 2c We are building with eight homes, and are very excited! Thought it would be nice to chat with some future neighbours, and share our progress. I'm 20 and my partner is 22. we have a 16 month old son. We can't wait to build our beautiful first home! My sister and her family are also building at cloverlea they are in stage 1. Look forward to chatting to you all Re: Cloverlea Estate - Chirnside Park VIC 187Mar 13, 2014 3:09 pm Looks like a good time to join in... My wife and I purchased 2105, both <30 and have a son who is less than a year old. We're currently working with Bentley Homes on a design suited to our sloping block. It's exciting to see that some of you are not far from making a start on site. Re: Cloverlea Estate - Chirnside Park VIC 188Mar 13, 2014 4:39 pm Hi to you all, you will be pleased to know that the workers are all over Stage two, all the big machinery has left down here (stage1) and now up at stage two, full steam ahead, I will try to get some pics for you stay tuned Re: Cloverlea Estate - Chirnside Park VIC 189Mar 13, 2014 5:24 pm Hello again, Had an update from Herbert Geer who are the lawyers acting on behalf of the developers yesterday. They said that they wanted to submit the sub-division ( stage one) to the titles office by weeks end or early next week. If that's the case then the titles office will most probably require 5 business days or longer to generate the individual titles. Then usually ten business days for settlement. So if you haven't already, get your respective Banks into gear now rather than later. Can hardly wait! Re: Cloverlea Estate - Chirnside Park VIC 190Mar 13, 2014 6:18 pm Hi Holliemc and ckmaes my wife and I are in 2A (2055), it is great to see some more stage 2's!!, bring on the forth quarter!!!!! Hi Lot 306 how have you been going looking for a builder?, my wife and I are also 27 but no children as yet. Re: Cloverlea Estate - Chirnside Park VIC 191Mar 13, 2014 6:42 pm Hay kb We have been going realy well until we stumbled across fairhaven homes? Any one know them and have reports?? They have a double story that fits and well under our budget for a single story!! That would give us a massive back yard! And that's what we are looking for a small house so we can have a yard of sorts have u got a builder yet Re: Cloverlea Estate - Chirnside Park VIC 192Mar 13, 2014 6:51 pm Its always good when you find something under budget, I have heard of fairhaven homes but I don't know of anyone building with them, you might find something if you do a search of the forums. We are building a single story with SBG, would love to build a double story though but the budget didn't stretch that far Re: Cloverlea Estate - Chirnside Park VIC 194Mar 13, 2014 6:56 pm SandCastles76 Hello again, Had an update from Herbert Geer who are the lawyers acting on behalf of the developers yesterday. So if you haven't already, get your respective Banks into gear now rather than later. Can hardly wait! Anyone know what the delay in submitting the sub-division is? Was told it was going to be submitted in the first week of March! Haven't received any correspondence from our conveyancer either (nothing new!) so we're feeling a little out of the loop at the moment. We've had our finance ready since the first week of March as we are currently overseas and was anticipating settlement to occur when we were away, which won't be the case now! But at least when we get back we don't have to do anything! Re: Cloverlea Estate - Chirnside Park VIC 195Mar 13, 2014 7:09 pm lot 306 Our budget is $200k on the house can stretch it a lil bit but will be looking deeper into it in the next few weeks That's about the same as us, good luck searching for your future home! Yeah I don't know why I came to a forum. Place is full of wierdos/pedos thought internet may help but I suppose I'll try my luck with someone in person. Cheers. I tried… 0 6694 I have posted this before: We hired Darbecca to do every stage inspection, and I strongly recommend them to anyone that asks me. They were amazing. Thorough reports… 2 4849 |
