Hi Insider, Thanks for the information, i really dont understand how the fill works. I am buying a house and land package from PD. They informed me that there is a 0.7m fall from front to back and they will cut about 0.35 from font to and filll the rear to get level. I was not aware of any more fill. Anyway I am so glad mine is fixed site costs. Regards, Ravs. Re: Berwick Waters - Land Titles 186Sep 08, 2014 9:54 am dav0j How's everyone going with their titles? Is everything on track? Previously we are 930 but some problem with our lot so we have to change lots and now we are in 405. We are going with Carlisle too. Nevada 35. Riva is a very nice house. We hope that settlement is on time. Do you have any news from BW? Re: Berwick Waters - Land Titles 192Sep 21, 2014 9:22 am chaden6 Hello davoj, We are lot 405. It was tough to pick but when I walked into the riva, I knew it was the one. I haven't heard anything from BW. Would be good to have an update. Looking at how the road is coming along, it looks like it's on track, fingers crossed! Re: Berwick Waters - Land Titles 194Oct 15, 2014 11:47 am chaden6 hello everyone, Just wondering if you've got any news about the land title for November? or in December? any updates? Thank you. I emailed BW two weeks ago. I was advised it is on track to be titled in December. Apparently there was a vendor meeting last week. With regards to Stage 4, road has been laid including front part of the drive way from the road. They're currently doing the foot paths as we speak! Fortunately I'm not in a bushfire area. Carlisle included a $4k charge for the bushfire levy on my house and land package however this was then added as a credit at tender. This then offset my extras costs which worked out really well Re: Berwick Waters - Land Titles 200Feb 21, 2015 9:51 pm Hi, Is there anyone on this forum who has bought a land in Heritage Hill Stage 8?I was told by the sales office that most of the lots are sold in stage 8 but I can still see more advertisements about house and land package in that stage still available. Not sure which information is correct. Yeah I don't know why I came to a forum. Place is full of wierdos/pedos thought internet may help but I suppose I'll try my luck with someone in person. Cheers.
