Browse Forums Buying Land 1 Sep 30, 2012 10:38 am This is my first (of I'm sure very many) posts. We want to build the Doulton Q2 with Plantation, and have found a block of land. However, it will need a fair bit of leveling, around 1.5-2 metres in the worst spots, front to back. I'm worried about initial site costs. Can anyone tell me what my worst case scenario might be? I have no idea if we are looking at tens of thousands, or a few thousands. I know it can depend largely on the type of soil etc. But just want to get a worse case idea. Cheers Re: Help!
