Hi all.. I'm buying a block of land that hasn't been titled yet. We have got a copy of the Section 32 from the developer, and about the pay the initial deposit in a couple of days.
Should I get a Solicitor or Conveyancer ? Can a conveyancer go over the contract and provide any advice ?
Also, can you please recommend a good Solicitor or Conveyancer ? and how much they charge.
