Been there last night noticed developer has started working on fence...had some posts done. Also was there the other day noticed no street light, just the main yellow lights were on but not the small ones. Charlie said he will follow up with Powercorp to make sure they are working. Have you noticed if they were ever working? Re: Heartlands Estate, Tarneit VIC 344Dec 15, 2011 8:35 pm We now have house! Cant wait to get a few neighbours. Fences are up, gates will be done tomorrow. Hint - you need to arrange your wings and gates yourself. Since the Fencing contractors go on holiday soon you may not get these done before February now. This will cost about $1300 - 1500 for ours but we are having a double gate on one side so that hikes up the price a bit too. LmgtnDrResdt-Were out there tonight the streetlights working are only the main ones. We havent been out there that late before. I will take note tomorrow night! We also got our landscaping plans today and checked out the new site office. have you checked out the FB page? https://www.facebook.com/pages/The-Hear ... 2939143696 Re: Heartlands Estate, Tarneit VIC 345Dec 15, 2011 9:49 pm -Were out there tonight the streetlights working are only the main ones. Hi mxu7, Will keep an eye out and say gday. There are only a couple of us around at the moment. so we should be easy to spot HAHA. I got the quote from the same fencer as the developer. allwood fencing. The tradies are all going on leave soon so you might be lucky if you get it done before february! Congrats on getting in too. Re: Heartlands Estate, Tarneit VIC 348Dec 18, 2011 7:10 pm BTW, house next door had someone throw a rock through a window last night. my hubby is sleeping there but said he heard a noise and got up but thought it was something else. We are now leaving the outside lights on at night as our street lights are not on. Hopefully this deters them. Re: Heartlands Estate, Tarneit VIC 349Dec 22, 2011 12:11 pm hi,lacasadelsims, thank you for your advice, we have asked allwoodfencing to do our wing and gate, and we have just got it done today. by the way, for the landscaping list from Charlie, which tree and plants have you chosen? there are so many!! we are so confused. lacasadelsims mxu7 lacasadelsims We now have house! Re: Heartlands Estate, Tarneit VIC 350Dec 26, 2011 9:44 pm Hi Guys Hope you are enjoying living in your houses!!! I noticed the Id**ts are back, saw vandal on one of the housse Can anyone pls tell me what 'Wings' for & how much it cost to get the gates done? Any luck with phone/internet? Re: Heartlands Estate, Tarneit VIC 351Dec 27, 2011 7:35 am Yes, I saw the graffiti on a roller door of a home on Lamington Dr, I would be interested to know about the broadband situation. I did have a brief chat to Steven (Heartlands) and wasn't clear on the availability, I just hope Telstra has been kind enough to make ports available in our estate. Re: Heartlands Estate, Tarneit VIC 352Dec 28, 2011 6:52 pm hi, we paid $1300 for our wing and gates. the wing is approx $600+ and a gate is about $900. Our gate is double so allwood fencing did us a deal for cash. Not saying that you would get it for this as first estimate was $1500 - 1600. Heard about the vandals, will keep an eye out. I think the builder left the back door open and there is paint inside as well. I know the security guard is also patrolling but he told me they are only paid to watch the new site office and all of the guards may not check as they dont have to. Anyway, more people get moved in it should stop soon. Hi Hummingbird. no luck yet with internet. we noticed telstra have put in a line but when we called they keep saying unavailable as the estate has not been loaded in their system for sale. Still they wont have put in more ports on the DSLAM so we will have to see. We are using wireless now as hubby works for optus we get some gratis. Good luck with everything, hope youre in soon. Keep us updated on the internet as we are still looking. Hi garyoz007, can't really be of any help to your questions, but I suggest you create a new thread with your queries in the "Windows & Doors" section of the forum. I sent Michelle an email yesterday, buy no reply yet. I do hope Asset1 has provisioned fibre optic services in our estate, I am currently residing 5mins away and the only option is wireless due to incompatible infrastructure. (par gain) meaning the telephone cabling is shared as opposed to having a fixed service that can support broadband. I have posted this before: We hired Darbecca to do every stage inspection, and I strongly recommend them to anyone that asks me. They were amazing. Thorough reports… 2 4410 |
