LOL we built in 1998 again in the same estate about 5 mins walk from the old place and paid 106,000 for 566sqm, we have been looking at moving again and there is a new land estate due for release about 12-15 mins walk away from here and it is about 155000-175000 for land about the same size we are on now Grrr how i wish i could go back in time! Hi Mofflepop, I would recommend finding a building designer to prepare plans, they should design to your specified budget.
