We paid $238,500 in june/july for a 375 sqm leveled block with a rear retaining wall already done by the developer in Ropes Crossing. The blocks were originally way overpriced and didn`t sell for 2-3yrs. Once the price dropped to something reasonable they started selling. No one likes corner blocks though,they are all empty Re: Land.
