Browse Forums Buying Land Re: Land. How much did you pay? 521Mar 14, 2017 10:47 pm We've just got the approval today. Bought 800m2 for $139k in Freeling, SA 15mins to Northern suburbs, 45mins to the city and only getting better as they complete more of the north south corridor. Once the two segments working on currently (T2T, Northern Connector) are finished will be 90-110 the whole way to pretty much the city Still got all the conveniences of being in closer but much cheaper and bigger blocks of land, and the clean air / relaxed speed of country town. Will be paying it down for a bit and looking to build on it in 18months - 2 years time once my wife graduates her uni degree as well. We've already decided what house we want to put on it at that stage. (Langdon 28 - Metricon) Re: Land.
