Perth seems so expensive compared to some of these figures! Although I guess it's hard to compare.

Ours was $293k for 491sqm in Canning Vale WA.

$105,000 for 1067m2 in Warragul, Victoria. Actual value for comparable blocks in the same street is between $169,000 and $189,000.

Perfect outcome as the person selling it was not a local, had it on the market for 12 months and couldnt move it because it wasnt advertised locally. Just got lucky.
