I am new to this forum. I am also looking to venture into building a home. However, I am yet to secure a land. I just have few questions about certain things. I am trying to read the engineering drawing of the land. I have few questions:
- There is a 2 meter easement. I know I cannot build over it. Besides that is there any other downsides of easement?
- Drain pit at the back of the land. I am told it's not an issue, but what are the downsides of drain pit in your yard?
- Arrow with 1.2 and 3.0m D & S.E: What does it mean? I don't see this in every lot.
- What is the fall of this lot? How do I calculate it? Do I the take lowest number and highest number, so 26.40 - 25.96 = 0.44m so 440mm? or Do I take the lowest number at one end and highest at the other so 26.26 - 25.96 = 0.3m or 300mm.
