I'm too confused between 3 options; 1) ICF/zego walls 2) corrugated iron/colorbond cladding 3) ACC panels. Option 1 doesn't need wooden/steel structure, but needs rendering/resealing/painting. Tradies come up with funny qoutes (considering I know nothing). Got qoute for zego blocks, just blocks cost $35/m2. Not sure how much would filling up mesh cost? Option 2 sounds cheapest and quickest, even most durable. I've seen in Northern Territory, where corrugated iron has been used in almost all buildings that could stand big heavy cyclones. But then it needs timber/steel frame and gypsum boards for interior walls. Option 3 again needs timber/steel frame and ACC panels need rendering or sealing and then painting. ACC panels cost only $0.80/m2 but the qoute of installing them was $100/m2. Please advise me which one to go for. And also please advise which method is cheapest or mix and match of these options can also work?
