I want you guys opinion. I am a first home buyer. I just found a block of land 14X32m. It ticks all the boxes except it has slope of around 1.64 going backwards. Will that be a huge problem? And how far it will set me up in terms of my finances?
Thanks and will appreciate your advice.

Did you go ahead with that land?
If you did what was the site cost?
I am currently looking at something similar, that land has 2.1m fall from front right to left corner.
Appreciate if you can share your experience.
