Browse Forums Buying Land 1 Jan 15, 2021 5:50 am Hi! Sorry if this is an obvious query. We are looking at buying a small acerage of land in Tas (ideally outside Hobart) and there are some very affordable lots that have a lot of bush on them. I'm just wondering if these are every worth looking into? Is clearing expensive/a lot of work? Also are there limits on what can be cleared, and if so what are they?
