Hi all, we’ve put a holding deposit on some land in the crest at Gledswood Hills purchased from Mirvac. In order for our bank to provide the loan to us we need all building plans and a tender and contract submitted to them because Mirvac have a clause in their contract that you must start the build within 12 months and must complete it within 2 years. Has anyone else had this issue and how did you get it through the bank? It land is registering anytime now so a little annoyed about the potential delay. We are hopefully requesting a delayed settlement with mirvac but just wondering if that is even an option with them? Thanks in advance
