I have seen a piece of block which we are very interested in buying, but the land has seen 4 owners in the last 4 years and the later owner has had it only 4 months, which is a bit concerning. the details of the land 1. Direction - east 2. Dimensions - 15X40 3. Flat Land on top of a hill. 4. Not on the flood map 5. Bush Fire - "HIgh Hazard Buffer area" - How bad is this? You will have to offer adequate separation zone from the vegetation and this considering the lot dimensions will not allow you much flexibility to build your dream house.
