I believe we originally asked our solicitor to allow 21 days after registration for settlement, so that will help. We just have to know, as soon as possible, when our financier can send their valuer out to valuate the land to get the final approval on the loan. Since there has been such big delays (it may not seem like a big delay to anyone who has built before, nor to the developer, nor to Clarendon etc but to us, who were told August for settlement, it seems not only an unreasonable amount of delay but also a little dishonest and non-transparent) we will have to resubmit all of our loan documents again.. very, very annoying.
