Lattice can’t be used as it is deemed climbable. A easy and cheap way is if you do have the rails on your side is to fit new 1.8 pairings to your side . If you do it now as its being done may save you heaps of heartache. Our final pool height and hence the paving was "only" 0.5cm higher . When they came to certify everything they pinged us for the boundary fence being 0.5cm below the 1.80m height. It ended up costing us $300 to get that area of the fence fixed.
