We went away for a few weeks and got home today to find a number of cane toads in the swimming pool. One was in the skimmer box and was quite bloated around the poison glands. I have never owned a pool before so am not aware if there are any health risks with cane toads entering a pool. So my question is are there any methods to keep cane toads out of the pool? If a cane toad enters the pool and does release poising is there a health risk to the family?
