Browse Forums Pools & Spas 1 Feb 16, 2017 6:19 pm Hi, when we installed a pool in our old house, the pool company did everything. This time around we're thinking swimspa & I've found the spa company only sell you the spa & hook it up, I need to provide the hole, 150mm thick slab & retaining wall. Looking at around 4500mm x 2300mm x 1400-1500mm deep. So I'm looking for any advice, recommendations on how best to go about this, do I look for an excavator, then concreter then whomever would do retaining wall? I've been given the number of one guy who does it all & he's saying around $7k which seems a little high but then again, I have no idea. Clearly I'm out of my depth here, so any advice/information to get me going would be appreciated. TIA. That's a fantastic result! Happy you got it sorted out. cheers Simeon 6 8623 We've had the offer of a short term tenant whilst waiting for CDC/DA home approval and demolition for our knock down rebuild. It would achieve a pretty low rent as it's… 0 13691 The fastest thing a builder will do is bank your cheque, those systems work perfectly with lightning speed, everything else is slow burn. Just the way it is. 1 8702 |
