Browse Forums Pools & Spas 1 Dec 20, 2016 9:00 pm Hi, I am new to this forum but hoping to get some insights from peoples personal experiences. We are building our new home at Stonecutters ridge (Colebee) in NSW and I just went through the first tender presentation with Eden Brea yesterday. Our land is downward sloping therefore the a step is required in the house which we are absolutely fine with as it gives the home a feature. I am not sure about a couple of things that are listed on the site cost and was hoping to get some guidance. Below are the list of things and was hoping anyone that has built with Eden can guide: Spoil Removal - $7208 Slab Classification H1 - $3138 Manual Handling due to site access - 3948 we selected the Mantra Facade and only to change the front to comply with the estate conditions the amount quoted is $4679 (this is in addition to the 15K facade we chose. this is only painting some brick work Our land is sloped at the back therefore the house will need to be split. just the cost of the split is $16059 which adds 686mm to ceiling height and standard steps and scaffolding. Would really appreciate some feedback.
