You can see on the drawing the zoi angles .I'm presuming being bedrooms it's only windows not doors opening to back yard . If you have a large footing you would at worst be able to have bottom of the pool at the same depth as bottom of the footing . Is the sewer 1.3 below current ground level or 2m deep after filling . You can easily get your own engineer to assess for you . Having a out of ground pool will make the zoi on the sewer worse as it is taken on a 45deg angle to bottom of pool shell .
