Browse Forums Pools & Spas 1 Feb 09, 2016 11:42 pm Hi All hoping to get some advice or feedback about a pool install. We were hoping to get a fibreglass pool installed but seem to have hit a problem. While we have plenty of backyard space and excellent access down the side of our home to get excavators, bobcats etc into the yard to dig the hole for the pool we are surrounded on all sides by overhead powerlines. Therefore we are being told there is no way they can crane the pool into our yard and our only option is a concrete pool. Given that we have good access down the side is there any other way that people know of to get a fibreglass pool into the yard or are we stuffed. The concrete pool is 30% more so it starts to become quite an expensive exercise.
