My problem is I need to find the engineering specs to lodge the DA with my local council. Can anyone point me in the direction of where to get them? No brand known but it is 9.5 x 4m with step in deep end corner and steps along half the length of the pool on one side. Any help or advice is greatly appreciated. Unfortunately there are no Australian Standards as such for F/G pool design. Then email the co & ask if you can get the engineers plan. Assuming you've modelled the TB8, TB10, TB12, TB2 & J1 joists/LVLs there, it appears as per drawing to me.
