Browse Forums Pools & Spas 1 Jun 18, 2015 2:04 pm Anyone know if I can use polycarbonate sheeting or aviary wire mesh (less than 13mm aperture) just to cover the top and middle rails of a paling boundary fence with railings on pool side to achieve NCZ 5. We are in Victoria so need NCZ 5 on the inside of the pool fence. I know both of these can be used for various other pool fencing solutions. My pool inspector is not very helpful. Looking for quick and cheap solution. Can't just put timber splay on the horizontal railings because the palings overlap. Re: Boundary fencing - non climbable zone 5 2Jun 18, 2015 9:04 pm 13mm holes are to big 10mm or less is required . You can put a tapered fillet ( piece of timber with a tapered edge 67degrees) on the top rail . Then if top of fence to middle rail is more than 900mm you won't need to do it to middle rail Cheers Yes it had a house on it. But Melbourne water only wanted something the original size of the existing house. We managed to fit a 45sq house on. 10 33660 Hi All It has been a few weeks since my last update.
