We have received 3 quotes now for a new fibreglass pool in Sydney and have narrowed it down to nepean or custom pools. Both quotes are similar in price $25-28k for a 3mx6m pool. Includes everything except fencing and us purchasing the pavers we want. I want to know if anyone has used either company and what their experience was like?

Good luck with deciding...we haven't experience with either but are at the stage of seeking quotes. Your quote seems reasonable compared to ours via narellan and wondered if it was a vacant block, easy acces etc that makes the cost less.
Also if you could share the pool style you have been quoted on....
We have just built a 2 storey house...currently at lock up with only 1m side access on sand and have been told 50k for everything...hence why I'm interested more in your quote
Good luck with it
on a steep learning curve...YIKES!!!

Also - remember - if it isn't written down - specifically in contract - it isn't included.
Things like fill removal, retaining walls, supporting walls, and ANY extras. Don't accept their "promises" or claims. Make sure its all written into the contract.
The guy who sells the pool may seem like your second best friend - but when the time comes to argue about these things he is not the person you will be speaking to. They will go off the contract only !
