Browse Forums Pools & Spas 1 Sep 09, 2013 4:48 pm Hi I'm in WA and am currently OB. I rang Builder's Registration Board as we didn't include the pool on our initial plans when we received our OB license. (We were going to go fibreglass but have since changed our mind) They said we don't need a Building license to build a pool even if the cost of the build is over $20k just need a building permit from the council. Does this sound right? The benefit is you can tender the project out… 9 20400 The last home I lived in didn't have a pool and when i went to sell it the agents were not happy, even telling me to put one in to sell the place. The agents weren't happy… 2 4239 I know foam has been around since the 90's and CSR started manufacturing Hebel in 1989, so it's definitely possible 5 5435 |
