Browse Forums Pools & Spas 1 May 24, 2013 3:07 pm When you decide on a pool - don't forget the insurance. We are in QLD and our pool company just went belly up. We had insurance with SPASA. We had outlayed quite a bit but didn't lose any - except for the policy cost and excess. It is a cost - say around $500 - but certainly saved us. BUT - they may do insurance as a separate deal - ie add it to the contract - you could ask. It was never really something we thought of - but we were very glad it was part of the contract.
