Ideally i would want to have it at approx 300mm-1m of the rear boundary, and then within 750mm of a house wall. but i cant find anything on if that's allowed all not, just a whole bunch of trash on IT MUST BE FENCED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ... Might pay to give your local council a call to see what their requirement are, as their requirement will be AT MINIMUM "the pool rules" plus some. Good luck, and please post your findings.
