I want to make sure I meet the requirements as I dont want to have to pull anything down after the inspector comes. below is an image of our setup with the proposed fence. I have read (and re-read) the NSW regulations and I believe the setup is okay as the step of the porch is outside the 900mm non climbable zone. Can anyone confirm or deny this assumption?
