Pricing varies a lot depending on access & options. The one in last photo with premium equipment , spa jets & gas heater installed is apx $25000. with sandstone paving, decking , glass fence timber & stack stone feature wall with lighting, retaining wall, council fees home warranty insurance, gas & power connection total was apx $44000 . This includes decking, boundary & glass fence , privacy screening , power , gas heating, approvals, sewer encasement & more. We still have our carpenters there building more cupboards, we will be planting later this week . We have the photographers doing a shoot next week. In saying that with a development application you can get approval to build to the boundary . They will generally attach conditions to this.
