Imperial pools

Hi All!
I am in the research/planning stages for my first home! Very exciting... I am planning the outside of the house now, and wanted to ask if anyone has had any dealings with Imperial Pools in WA. I really like a pool they built, but it was on a display home, so not sure if sales person is knowledgeable on the experience with Imperial pools.
Any comments will be greatly appreciated.
